Return Window
Standard Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most products.
Perishable Items
Perishable items must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.

- Products with manufacturing defects
- Items damaged during shipping
- Wrong items received
- Items that don't match the description
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Perishable items after 3 days

How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone within the return window. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Get Authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
Package & Ship
Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the RA number. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
